While at the International Builders Show 2012 we met with Michael Gori, Director of Product Management for AZEK, to discuss Decking and Paver technology. While meeting with Michael we were introduced to one of the coolest products of 2012, the AZEK Vast Paver, made of recycled rubber products.
The AZEK Vast Paver looks to be setting the bar high in terms of sustainability, appearance and durability so we can't wait to see these pavers making their way into construction and remodeling.
Another very cool product is AZEK In-Deck Storage Kit, perfect for deck enthusiasts that are looking to maximize their space while still retaining weather resistant storage. Personally, I love outdoor spaces but have not been able to build the perfect deck because of my septic system location.... but now I'm thinking the In-Deck Storage Kit access hatch would be perfect for my backyard where the hatch would provide through deck access to my septic system!
